Muzaffarabad (Hayat News): The Refugee Management Cell (RMC) conducted a one-day free medical camp in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
As reported by Kashmir Media Service, the camp was held at the Thotha Model Village Refugee Camp, where a team of medical experts, including pulmonologists, urologists, gynecologists, pediatricians, and eye and ENT specialists, provided consultations. Around 1,500 patients, including women, children, and the elderly, received medical attention during the camp.
Free medicines were distributed to all patients, and the initiative was widely appreciated by the local community. Residents expressed gratitude to the RMC staff and medical professionals for delivering essential healthcare services to their doorstep.
They also voiced hope that RMC would continue to organize such initiatives in the future. Accessible healthcare not only improves individual well-being but also strengthens the foundation of a healthier and more productive society.
