ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday praised the Pakistan Navy for successfully conducting an operation in the North Arabian Sea, where 1.3 tons of narcotics were intercepted and confiscated.
In his official statement, the prime minister attributed the success of the operation to the strong leadership within the Pakistan Navy, which enabled the large-scale seizure.
He emphasized the significance of thwarting such a major narcotics smuggling attempt, calling it a commendable achievement.
“The whole country is pleased with the Pakistan Naval force’s staff. Fighting the medication exchange is vital for the prosperity of mankind,” he expressed.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment, Prime Minister Shehbaz assured that all necessary resources would be provided to the Pakistan-Navy in its efforts to rid the country of narcotics.
